Year Round:
$1695 per week for up to 4 guests

Maximum 4 guests in house

Christmas & New Years:
$1995 per week for 2 guests - add $200 per additional guest

Children 6 years of age & above only.

Please note that a $300 refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned to you at the end of your stay upon no damage to the home or furnishings. 50 percent deposit due upon booking with the balance due 60 day's prior to arriving.

Full Refund If Notice Given By 60 Days;
Half Refund If Notice Given By 30 Days;
None If Less Than 30 Days (unless property can be rented for the period booked)
