Palmetto Sunrise Rates

$1750 per week for 2 and $150.00 each additional guest per week (max 4 in Villa).

Christmas and New Years Rates $2200 per week plus additional guest fee of $150 ea. (max 4 in Villa.)

Please note that a $300 refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned to you at the end of your stay upon no damage to the home or furnishings. 50 percent deposit due upon booking with the balance due 60 day's prior to arriving.

Full Refund If Notice Given By 60 Days;
Half Refund If Notice Given By 30 Days;
None If Less Than 30 Days (unless property can be rented for the period booked)
